Thank you for being part of Gospel City and pursuing possible membership! We are so excited to begin this process together.

**If you have not yet read through the Membership Handbook, please read through that before starting this application. You can pick one up on a Sunday morning**

Filling out this form in no way obligates you to join in membership at Gospel City Church. Once you complete the form, you will be contacted to schedule a conversation with one of our elders. In that conversation, an elder will primarily get to know (1) Your relationship with Jesus, (2) How the gospel is shaping your life and practice, and 3) How to lovingly shepherd you as a potential member of Gospel City. This is also a great opportunity to discuss any questions your might have.
